General Manager Daniel Caron was born and raised in Florida. His father was in the Air Force, and after being stationed at Eglin Air Force base, the Caron family found their forever home.

Growing up listening to stories about the vacation rental industry, Daniel began his own career in hotels, chiefly Marriott and Hilton, learning how to elevate guest experience to one of excellence by applying best practices and a concierge level of care. Daniel firmly believes he is in the business of creating lifelong memories for guests and owners, adding value to their lives because they came to visit these beautiful homes. He and his team of professional managers provide the personal care that each home and rental guest deserves.

Quiet weekends will find Daniel nose deep in a book, cooking up a storm and spending time with his fiance.

A serial entrepreneur, Mom to two young boys, and investor, Crystal Chaillou is intimately familiar with beachside property in Panama City Beach and enjoys learning more every day about the surrounding areas. Her professional background in sales & marketing in the foodservice & convenience store industries prepared her for creative thinking and the financial analysis background to help investors reach their wealth management goals in real estate & through vacation rental management.

In her off time, you’ll find Crystal near water or under it scuba diving and taking photos of her adventures along the way.
