SMOKING & VAPING ARE ONLY ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED AREAS AND PARKING LOT (See Restrictions)

CONDO RESERVATIONS

There is a three-night minimum stay. The Month of July there is a five-night minimum stay. Management will strive to comply with reservation requests for specific condos, however due to a condo being sold, removed from the rental program, mechanical problems, etc., we cannot guarantee a specific condo. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, Cash or Cashier’s Check for weekly & daily rentals. Monthly rental payment must be by cash, personal check or money order and must be in US dollars. American Express is not accepted.

DEPOSITS

All reservations require a credit card to be on file and refundable deposit of $300.00. Deposits will be refunded within 15 working days from departure providing no damages are found within the condo. Reservation deposits are not applied to rent. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, cashier’s check, personal check or money order. (Checks must be in US Dollars.) American Express is not accepted. Upon check-in, your reservation deposit is held as your security deposit.

CANCELLATION REFUNDS

Cancellations must be made 10 days in advance of check-in — Winter reservations must be cancelled 60 days in advance of check-in. A $25.00 cancellation fee is applied to all cancellations.  Daily/Weekly reservations cancelled within 10 days of arrival will incur a charge of one nights stay plus tax and a cancellation fee of $25.00.  Monthly reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival will incur a charge of one months rate plus tax and a cancellation fee of $25.00.

RESTRICTIONS    (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

No one under the age of 25 will be allowed to register. A parent or legal guardian must accompany any rental guests under the age of 25 in the unit at all times.

Smoking and Vaping are prohibited throughout the building ( in the units, on balconies, patios, and stairwells), pool area and grassy areas. Smoking is only allowed in smoking designated areas and the parking lot.
•Pets ARE NOT allowed.
•Subleasing is not allowed.
•The Commodore is not responsible for damage or loss of personal property.
•Oversized vehicles, trailers for hauling and RV’s are prohibited between May 1st and July 31st;  however, we can help you find an off-sight storage area.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm central time and Check-out time is 10:00 am central time. During the slow seasons, early check-in may be  available (Early check-in fee from 9 am – 12 pm is $50)
Rent must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. Personal checks and American Express are NOT accepted on daily or weekly rentals – Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cash or Cashier’s Check are accepted. Late check-out will incur additional charges. Early departures for any reason do not warrant a rental refund. RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AND SUBJECT TO SALES TAX.

Please remember that during June, July, & Holiday Weekends each condo must be prepared for occupancy within a very tight time frame! In many cases, condos require maintenance repairs, additional cleaning time, etc. We make every effort to ensure that all properties are clean and ready for check-in by 4 pm central time. However, in the event of unavoidable situations, it may be necessary to delay check-in until the unit is completely ready. 4 pm Check-in cannot be guaranteed. During these time periods, please call before arrival to get an update on your unit. Should this occur please be advised there are no refunds, rate adjustments, date extensions or changes to the check-out time on departure because of this situation.

Please note All units must be fully vacated by 10 am central time on check-out day or guest will be subject to a late check-out fee of $50 if any guests or baggage remain in the unit. Check-in time and Check-out times are strictly enforced to have all of our condos in good condition for everyone’s vacation.

LINENS, TOWELS & SUPPLIES

Bed linen and towels are provided along with an initial setup of toilet tissues, soap, trash bags and dishwashing detergent. Additional items and cleaning supplies are the responsibility of the guests. Some additional items can be purchased in office.            **You Must Bring Your Own Pool & Beach Towels**

2 Bedroom – 6 persons – two cars
3 Bedroom – 8 persons – (2) TWO CARS
